Bundled Services - Resource can manage your entire
environmental program including Health and Safety, residual non-hazardous
and hazardous wastes, recycling, training, state and federal reporting,
and permit writing.
By-Product Recycling (Industrial) - Resource works closely with
you to manage and market industrial by-products for beneficial
reuse. Resource interacts with a multitude of domestic and foreign
markets.
Compliance
- Effective compliance programs provide environmental guidance. Resource
works with you to demonstrate how compliance can work for the company
instead of against it.
Computerized
Tracking - Resource maintains customer data confidentiality through
Resource Data Management. This program generates shipping labels and
manifests, and tracks the data required for federal, state, and company
reporting.
Emergency
Response - Resource works with organizations to assess the need for a
program in the event of an environmental emergency.
Lab Pack - Resource works closely with manufacturers, universities,
colleges, secondary schools, and hospitals to package small containers and
reagent size chemicals that are hazardous. These chemicals are sorted by
hazard class and disposed of according to state and federal regulations.
Landscaping - Typically landscaping is a component of facility services,
therefore Resource may coordinate landscaping services as a complement to
its industrial management program.
Liability
Protection - In addition to our own comprehensive/liability insurance,
Resource audits the insurance of the transporters and waste facilities
with whom we choose to work.
LTL and Full Truckload - Resource can accommodate any size shipment
from facilities anywhere in the United States through our network of
approved transporters.
Multimedia Environmental Management - Resource can develop and
manage a program that incorporates state and federal agencies of the EPA,
OSHA, and DOT.
OSHA Trained Labor - Resource's employees and associates meet or
exceed OSHA requirements. Additionally, Resource can provide OSHA trained
subcontracted labor.
Paperwork and Manifest Preparation - Resource prepares all required
documents prior to waste shipments, including: inventories, manifests, and
Land Disposal Restriction Notifications (LDR's). This information is
tracked through Resource Information Management, our
proprietary database.
Parts Washers - Resource
provides parts washers, service, and spent chemical disposal through
either a lease program or purchase option. Resource manages both solvent
based washers and aqueous washers.
Permitting -
Resource and its associates determine the need for, prepare, and submit
permit applications required by laws such as Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act
(CWA),
etc.
Phase I, II, III Audits
- Resource is trained to perform site assessments, site investigations,
and corrective action. Resource employs practical/local/customary
experience and ASTM and EPA methods as guidance.
Plant Closures /
Decommissioning - Resource can act as an environmental general
contractor. Plant and process closures can become needlessly time
consuming and expensive when multiple contractors are involved.
Repackaging -
Transportation is an expensive component of product/waste management.
Resource provides skills in efficiency for repacking and preparing
hazardous materials for shipment.
Report Preparation
- Resource can efficiently determine reporting requirements and prepare
the reports for submission to state and federal regulatory agencies.
Sampling / Analysis
- Resource can identify your site's specific analytical needs. Resource
trained technicians will pull the samples and deliver them to our partner
laboratory, Quantum Analytical and Environmental Laboratories.
Source Reduction
Planning / Waste Minimization - Resource has developed Pollution
Prevention (P2) and Industrial Recycling Programs. These
programs ultimately reduce the regulatory burdens placed on industry.
Training -
Training may be a state or federal requirement (OSHA, DOT, EPA) or a
program designated by internal policy. Resource custom designs
training programs to your specific needs; your employees receive job specific training at your facility.
TSDF and Facility Audits
- Resource audits all facilities with which we work. Additionally,
Resource is prepared to represent a client as an auditor at a hazardous
waste/ non-hazardous waste facility, landfill, or re-use/recycling
facility.
UST / AST Cleaning, Removal,
and Installation - Resource manages Underground Storage Tank and
Above Ground Storage Tank cleaning, removal or installation projects.
Waste Disposal -
Hazardous - Resource is trained and experienced in identifying, packaging,
labeling, transporting, and managing disposition/recycling of all
hazardous waste.
Waste Disposal -
Residual / Universal - Resource is trained and experienced in identifying,
packaging, labeling, transporting, and managing disposition/recycling of
all residual waste (industrial trash), and universal waste (fluorescent
lamps, ballasts, batteries, etc.).
